    What, if any, are the differences in the IPS panels in TVs and in monitors?

    A bunch of things depending on which 2 panels we're talking about. The only universal difference is size.

    If you meant quality, then an IPS monitor can be better or worse than an IPS TV, depending, again, on which 2 panels we're talking about (and how much they cost).

    Input lag due to post processing/up-scaling components. That's why many prefer the 3007WPF over the 3008WPF.
