    2 big compartments,lots of little compartments, detachable cell phone holder, detachable and adjustable shoulder strap, removeable laptop sleeve(14"x11")

    Whole bag is 11 1/2" tall, 16 3/4" wide 5 3/4" deep(stretches more than that)

    I got one and I'm happy with it.

    ALl black, laptop sleeve is padded, but top doesnt close completely because it just uses velcro
