I'm looking for a ~15-20 ft HDMI cable, and have noticed huge differences in the prices between various HDMI cables. All I want is great picture quality (colour, resolution, 60Hz refresh rate (No 3D, no 120 Hz). I don't care too much about the audio quality, so I was wondering if there are any real differences between those HDMI cables?

Nope. If the signal syncs, the picture will be identical. HDMI is an all-digital connection. Get the least expensive one... I buy all my cables from Monoprice

Thank you for your help. Just a question though, what's the difference between standard speed and high speed? Is that just how fast the picture translates from your source to your display?

High-speed just means that it conforms to the newest HDMI specs, and is shielded better and such. Given the price differential, there's no reason to not go with a high-speed one. There is no connector difference. HDMI is HDMI as far as that goes.
