As the title suggests...does anyone know about or have recommendations for an in-ear bluetooth earbud type headphone to be used w/ a phone! I don't want one that clips on or shows on the ear like this...it should be near invisible...hence the specification "in-ear". I'm looking for something like this maybe even smaller with no wires at all, hence "bluetooth"...That one looks okay, but i'm sure there is something better out there. I've searched google and can't seem to find one specific to the needs mentioned above. All responses are welcomed.....

I have the S9's and they are rubbish. I literally have to hold my head 1ft away from the computer for the headphones to function.

Must be a problem with your S9's, you should exchange them. I can use mine a full 30ft. away.

    Hmmm maybe you should try:
    Sony Ericsson HBH-DS220
    [IMG]
It comes with a set of in-ear earbuds (i.e. canalphones) but they suck; they're the ones that come with sony ericsson walkman phones; absolutely horrendous.
But, it has a 3.5mm jack, so you can use whatever earphones you want. Granted, you'd most likely want one with a short main-cable; i.e. some sony's or shures that use extention cables; they're usualli 0.3-0.5m long, with a 1m extention cable so that u can use them with headsets like this.

Thanks for the responses guys...The h9s don't look too bad at all Warlord but the reviews on Amazon weren't the best. At least four stars would have been ideal...I've just ran across the Samsung WEP500s' and they look like the bang for the buck type! I might end up getting those, but for now imma keep searching! Thanks again for the replies.

thing is I do not think that there is going to be much in the way of in ear buds hat are bluetooth as the reception device & batteries need space. So your going to need some kind of receiver & battery holding area which is going to be connected to the earbuds via a cord, and if the cord is there may as well not use bluetooth at all.

Headphones tho can accommodate the space for the receiver & battery.

I use Plantronics Pulsar 590 and love them to death, they also have a bluetooth earbud unit but like I said its a small pendant you can wear like a necklace and it has the cord going to the earbuds.

S9 have very mixed reviews, some say they are uncomfortable, bad this, bad that. Also supposed to be a major pain to wear sun glasses or glasses with them, and since I mostly wanted them to pair with my cellphone when I go bike riding it wont work as I wear sunglasses.

    Anways here they are: http://www.plantronics.com/north_america/en_US/products/mobile/bluetooth-headsets/pulsar260

Pulsar 260's, the good thing is you can use your own favorite high quality earbuds with it, and I guess in my case i will work ok. Wear it as a necklace and have my phone in my pocket or book bag or something.

The WEP looks cool but its only one ear... so no stereo sound or blocking out all that garbage noise I do not want to hear wen I listen to music.

These I have always been fond of, no pendant its like headphones without the band over your head kinda: http://www.turbogadgets.com/2007/03/02/logitec-bluetooth-earphones/

They also have the wearable necklace headphones: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/elecom/c/0000000787/

Elecom is the new brand name for Logitec they got bought out so you may find products under one or both of the names.

They're coming out with the MotorROKR S9HD that supposedly fix a lot of the previous issues....

I am looking for a pair of BT headphones myself to use at the gym...

They look the same to me (S9HD) except better color, only "fixes" I found really quick on google is the addition of 3d stereo emulation and high definition audio.

I dont think the main qualm with the old S9's was the audio quality but rather the ergonomics. Plus the new HD's bring a new high price tag :(

I don't know that the S9 HD's are worth the price to esp. for wearing to the gym.

I use the original S9's solely for that purpose. They are comfortable enough to be worn for the 2 hours or so I spend in the gym and they are getting cheap ($50) which makes it ok to sweat on them. They'll spare your nice full featured headphones from doing the grunt work and will help them last longer.

Not to mention being cordless will help prevent you from dumping your ipod on the treadmill while you're running.
