I need a headset to take to my college dorm for music while doing homework, and playing video games (CS:S, Starcraft 2 [when it comes out], etc.)

I use Icemat Siberia's right now and they are great, but they are staying at my house and they are too expensive of an item to take to a college dorm. That is why I need something cheap but comfortable and decent.

I had Plantronics a long time ago and they were ok, and I can now get them for like ~$20 on amazon.com. Plantronics Gamecom1.

I would like something else though, as my previous Plantronics Audio .90's died within about a year ( I take very good care of my headsets).

Sennheisers look good, but the PC151 is a little expensive (what if the headset gets stolen). Anything like Icemat's or Sennheisers but Comfortable for extended use and good for gaming, music, etc.
    Thank you!
