    I just saw this model this afternoon, I don't know if it's an old model or a strip down version of VX Nano...

    Anyway, which is better of the two? VX Nano or V450 Nano?

    They are very similar except for this;

    VX Nano has this extra:

    2. Forward/backward buttons: Effortlessly navigate the Internet with Forward and Back buttons.
    3. Five programmable buttons: Customize the mouse controls to fit your needs with included SetPoint™ software (or, for Mac® users, with downloadable Logitech® Control Center software).

    It's more expensive, though.
