Is an U3 flash drive compatible with Windows XP Media center Edition? Will the anti-virus software that came with the flash drive conflict with the computer's anti-virus?

    Is u3 worth it?

I'm 99% sure it will be compatible with Windows XP Media Center edition as it works with my Windows XP Pro

As for your antivirus question.. no it doesn't interfere. The antivirus on the U3 drive only checks wats on the USB key and the antivirus on your computer only checks whats on your computer.

personally I thought U3 would be cool when I first got it but to tell you the truth its pretty useless. Theres only about 7 or 8 programs that you can actually use and everytime you plug it in u have to wait liek 30 seconds for the U3 to boot up before you can use the drive. I got it to transfer files mostly and don't really care about the U3 but I can't seem to disable it and it takes so long to load! I personally dislike it and wouldn't suggest you to get it, just get a normal USB drive

Yes it works with Media Center. My computer is media center and it works just like it would on home or pro. I have a Kingston Data Traveler U3 and it works fine. i don't know about the AV because I don't have one on my U3
