Is there like a packaway wheel mount?

This isn't specifically a laptop question, but I've finally got GT5 and I'm thinking about getting a wheel again. Thing is, I would use it in the living room and I really cannot deal with a 'permanent' stand. Is there something that would work from a sofa and allow me to pack away the whole thing rapidly?

u'r in luck cuz there are plenty of "stow-away" solutions now when it comes to your gaming wheels.

this Wheel Stand Pro is what i just ordered. it's one of the most popular options when going with the stand route.

the Apiga AP2 is a relatively new unit out and is creating quite a buzz in the GT community.

there's also other solutions like this XL20 Xlerator Stand.

I was looking for, I dunno, something which clamps onto a coffee table or something. How does the Wheels Stand Pro pack away?

 

what wheel were u interested in?

most wheels u get, today, will come with some kind of clamping system. for example, i've been using my logitech G27 clamped to my laptop desk.
