I have bought from that seller
and yes my friend, his Halo is truly original :)

be careful for cheap Halos from China/Hongkong sellers though, they are fake ones.

the good thing about Halo that you won't find in other bluetooth headset is it has wired mode, useful for airplane travels.

thanks for the quick reply! can you give your opinion on the product? how do you like the sound quality? I'm not planning on using them for jogging or anything, i just want a decent pair of wireless headphones for my ipad.
it seems like a steal at $45

sound quality is decent, highest volume is not high enough for my taste
(well most of bluetooth headsets are like that)
balance profile --you can get better bass with Motorola S9-HD

fit to the head is not strong (this will vary from head to head)
so it tends to fall off when you bend down.

If you can find displays in local stores, I suggest you try first to see how it goes on your head :)
