    Hi all,

I will be buying a new joystick soon and I am having trouble deciding between an FF joystick or a normal joystick. Specifically, I am looking at Saitek Cyborg Evo (it has a FF and non-FF version).

The only experience I've had previously with a FF joystick was with a refurbished model that seemed to work horribly. Instead of rumbling like the kind you would find in a Playstation 2 dualshock controller, the joystick jerked back and forth, and made it hard to move the stick around, I was practically fighting against it lol. Was this refurb stick defective, or is this how Force feedback joysticks work? Does joystick FF feel like vibration or is it actual resistance, making it harder to move the stick?

And, is it worth spending the extra money for FF, or should I just stick with a normal joystick?

    Thanks!
