Anyone have suggestions on what brand/type of jumpdrive to purchase? Or... are they all the same? hehe.

    Thanks!

Take features (encryption, rugged build, size/weight, transfer speed, etc.) into account first, IMO. That being said, if I didn't have one, I'd get one of the Titanium Sandisk numbers.

Absolutely -- the Cruzer Titanium is the aweseomest jump drive ever. You'll love it. I hear the new ones don't scratch like the old ones do, too (though mine now has much character, hehe)

I have the swissbit jump drive. Its a regular swiss-knife delaio with a 1GB memory stick built in.

the newer models even have MP3 players built-in.

this is awesome stuff! it also comes with software to lock (or password-protect) the drive in case u lose it by any chance! check it out! lotsa good deals on ebay for these. And when u go on a flight, u can safely remove the USB drive to take with u in flight (bcos of all the security restrictions!)

Thanks for the tips, guys! Personally I like the way the Titanium one from Cruzer looks and how there is no cap to lose or "not work" hehe. Some come wtih caps that just... aren't helpful?

    Thanks!

I have a JumpDrive Secure 1gb from Lexar. I've had it for 2 and a half years now and love it.
