Alright so recently I bought Klipsch Promedia 2.1 through ebay and they just came in today.. Hoooked up everything and turns out the sub doesn't work.. :(

The left and right work fine but nothing coming out of the sub, I have the center wire hooked up. Could my setup be wrong?? Does my laptop not support it? (dell xps l502x, chose 2.1 with the realtek and still didn't work).

btw they were brand new sealed and the I hooked it up to my phone left and right worked perfectly fine but sub didn't work.

You need to make sure you have 2.1 enabled on your computer if its using a dedicated sub output connection.

If its not using a dedicated output then the subs probably busted and you need to contact that ebay sell asap for a refund/exchange.
