    AND WOW.
    Super clear sound, loud volume...
But my system was setup for a 2.1 system before, and the headset is made for 5.1
So I have no rear/subwoofer control etc, and I also have a Creative Xi-fi card installed...
I have no 5.1 option on the speaker settings...
Should I reinstall the sound card drivers or how do I go about it...?
I want to see the full power these headsets provide...

Jesus Christ, if I crank up the volumes(notebook, front and overall volume) on it, it souns louder than most of the onboard speakers-with the headphones next to the computer that is!
    UNBELIEVEBLE !

    ive got the same problem
    2.1 sound
    and a 5.1 headset
to use 5.1 you have to have a plug for each of the little headphone jacks, otherwise right now you should be using the green one and the pink one and thats it i think
so upgrade your sound card to a 5.1
5.1 is a physical thing, not just software.
    Good luck

(unless you just want to get splitters and make all the same sound come out of the headphones and yeah careful they are dangerously loud lol)

My sound card is 5.1 :)
But it's got only 2 inputs, 1 for the speakers and for the mic.

    Thanks dude.
First I`ll try my USB Sound card, that already has a 5.1 layout I think, but I`m getting this one also.
    Sweeeet :D

Ok,I've hooked it up to my USB 5.1 Creative soundcard, plugged everything accordingly.
I still have NO bass control.
WTH, I have everything setup properly, drivers up to date for the USB sound card, and the headsets came with no drivers.
Rear/cen volume control works, but bass is almost lacking...
Am I missing something? Cause they have less bass than regular headsets like this, without any control... :(

    No sugestions?
I have to know if the bass on it is really low, since I don`t have much time to return it...
And the bass is less than what a crappy 2.1 30$ system can output...
The volume is loud and clear , but the stinkin` subwoofers are not there as you`d expect from such an expensive piece of equipment... :(

    Nobody?
I`m getting used to them, sure, they don`t blow away my Altec Lansing speakers, but they sound awesome with the whole surround thing...

I've read elsewhere that Razer hyped the bass performance on it, and that it's really not that noticeable. I have a similar problem to you (except all I have is a internal soundcard so it's either run to Creative or return the Barracuda) and there seems to be no difference in bass no matter where I spin the dial. :)

Ultimately I think I need to return these and buy them four years from now when my computer can handle them.
