So yet again I am spamming NBR with another thread about keyboards. I'm looking for a USB keyboard (preferably corded, not wireless) that is fairly close to the keyboard experience I have with the Dell Latitude D430.

I currently have the Logitech diNovo Desktop Laser keyboard, but it is starting to malfunction for about the fifth time I've owned it...and it might be out of warranty. And no, I don't abuse my keyboards. This one just is a lemon.

So yeah, I'm looking for a keyboard like the diNovo...but with a little more travel to the keys. Maybe a little more feedback, but I don't need much.

    Story So Far...
I've tried these keyboards and I don't like them:
G15 (keys take too much to push down/too much feedback, but I like the backlight)
    Wave (disgusting to type with)
    RocketFish (Clickety clickety)

This keyboard is nice, but I'm trying to find one just like it but corded:
    Logitech

Mice I've tried and don't like:
    G5 (too light)
Microsoft (feels unnatural to hold, but I'll give it a shot for a few days probably)

So any suggestions? I'd like to try them in store if at all possible...I don't like eOrdering keyboards and mice. I love to try-before-you-buy.

I have an older Logitech multi media keyboard Elite that might have been the precursor to the wave. I'm really picky on response times and I hate mushy keyboards. Actually I would like something with a better response but after going through dozens I realized it's still a lot better than any I found.

Not saying buy this one but this is the one I have: http://cgi.ebay.com/Logitech-Media-...VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

Not sure how easy it would be to find it now..
