Not in the market to buy a completely new laptop*

Endorsed an Acer 5750Z recently (piece of crap)

The Keyboard had a bunch of food stuck under it, so out of frustration I removed some of the keys. Then I had trouble putting them back on and now gave up on that altogether.

Is it possible to replace this keyboard and install a new one, perhaps, better one? Compatible with this model, of course. I could really use a nice keyboard, back-lit even.

    Welcome to the forum!

    I'm fairly certain that:

    a) You can't replace the current keyboard with one from a different manufacturer and

    b) that you could find the exact replacement keyboard for your machine on ebay.

    Good luck.

That is the exact answer... You might want to replace the keyboard and sell of the laptop and get a new one with a better keyboard...
