I know a few companies are working on making them, but they aren't really available yet. Might be another year or so, once usb 3.0 is more widespread.

Super Talent drives are the only ones you can really buy, and I could only find them on Ebay.

I was reading USB 3.0 flash drives ran so hot that the chipset had to be slowed down to compensate for the heat, or, they are going to manufacture them with heatsinks on them lol

At the moment, prices for USB 3.0 flash drives costs as much as SSD drives and the availability of USB 3.0 ports on laptops/desktops are still fairly scarce. It's probably not worth it to get one now and seeing that only Super Talent offers them, I'm sure they're charging a premium for these products.
There's a few retailers selling them including Super Biiz, FlashMemoryStore.com and MemoryDepot.com. Super Talent has already released 3 different series of USB 3.0 flash drives: Express (125MB/s), RaidDrive (300MB/s) and SuperCrypt (2405MB/s) with SuperCrypt being the newest addition to the USB 3.0 flash drive line. If you're in no hurry, I'd wait for more competition to join the 3.0 flash drive market and drive the prices down a bit before jumping in too hastily.
