This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I haven't used the v400, but I do have the 6000. I think the 6000 is a great mouse if you can get used to the size. The magnify feature is cool, but not sure I will use it very often. I reprogrammed that button to the back button for my browser. The button would have worked mush better if it were 1/4 to 1/2 inch further back, I have to move my thumb foward to reach the button. It is very smooth and responsive. I includded a picture of the 6000 beside my MX518 to show the size difference.
