Newegg.com: Laptop Cooling Pad, Laptop Cooler, Laptop Cooling Stand

Alot of look very bulky, look like they don't have their own battery or might take up alot of my laptop's power, and they look like they are made for a flat desk as opposed to my lap.

What is the best laptop cooler pad that is portable for your lap just lounging around on a random sofa or couch?

I am looking for one that when you put it on your lap, no matter they angle you are sitting the pad or the laptop will not slip off

The reason I can't take my laptop to bed is it because it becomes way too hot pressing against a pillow or bed sheet
