Hi all, I have macbook pro 15 inch, and i wanted to get a sleeve to protect it. I looked in the Stickied section and i didn't find much about this case, its a fastmac impact sleeve. Im trying to decide, either its gonna be that, or the waterfield laptop sleeve.

Here is the fastmac sleeve. Has impact gel, costs about 60$

If any one has any experience with this bag, please share. Also, ive read lots of good things about the waterfield one so. I don't think i can go wrong there, if i do make the buy.

Hey my friend uses the G-Form Extreme sleeve here: 13″ and 15″ Extreme Sleeve? for Laptops | G-Form

Apparently it's really good. I can't speak for myself because i don't use sleeves but my friend swears by it.

I've watched videos on YouTube where they have the iPad in the sleeve and they have ran it over with cars, dropped bowling bowls and even dropped it from 1300 feet. Of course my friend wouldn't even think of attempting these stunts but it's quite incredible.

I saw that too, a bit on the pricey side for a sleeve if you ask me. 80$. Also, ive seen some vids where it doesn't do so well. One guy had his wife throw it, it landed on a corner, and the screen shattered. Granted I'm not gonna throw my laptop but, 80$ is a bit steep, versus the 60$ fastmac, and the 57$(lets say i added the flap) waterfield case.
