Heya guys.
I'm getting a Macbook Pro and I'm planning to get a Monitor to connect it up to. I have a few questions.
Will I be able to use the monitor and the laptop screen as the dual-setup thing?
Also, I'm kinda confused about Mini-DisplayPort to VGA/HDMI/DVI cables.. Could someone link me the sort of thing I'd need on an English site?
Thanks,

you'll need a miniDisplay Port to HDMI...
monoprice has inexpensive cables, but it looks like the specific cable you need is out... you can get the miniDisplayPort to HDMI female adapter, and get a HDMI cable to connect

Using these, will I get Audio from my Laptop to a Monitor aswell? Or will I need a jack of some sort?

You will most like need to use a jack to get audio to the monitor. Also make sure you get the right adapter depending on what kind of input you have on your mon. Pretty much all LCD will have DVI but only the newer ones will have HDMI
Laptop to Monitor.
