Heading to college soon, I'll be stuck in a pretty small dorm, so I was wondering about using my Laptop as a screen for my console gaming in order to conserve space (And the fanboy in me wants to play some old school PS2 games up close and personal XD).

I currently have a Gateway P-6831FX and a PS3 and a PS2 I wish to hook up. Doing some research, I've been hearing about converters I can use since I do not believe my laptop has an S-Video IN port. However, my questioning is on the lag reports that some converters may cause.

Also, I was wondering how a TV Tuner would work or if that would cause lag as well. I'm humbly looking for product suggestions and dumbed down guides if and all possible >_<

Thanks in advanced for your time. :D

The Gamebridge, or a TV tuner/capture card.
