Okay, yes, I have asked a lot...buuuuut today my mom's friend (who is visiting from out of town) offered to buy it for me provided that it does not cost "too much" ---told her that I myself was not planning on spending over $100, so that will be the limit for her too....

    1. Comfort
    2. Good protection against the elements...don't want ti to look too obvious for being a laptop bag though if possible
    3. Lots of room for documents, cellphone, a couple books, camera, ipod (whenever I get one!) but at the same time, not too bulky..

I want to be able to carry it onto the plane....I know it won't fit under the seat cuz I will have it packed...but I'll stuff it over my head if I need to

I have to decide before the lady and her husband leave (which is tomorrow)...here is the latest one I have been checking out:

    http://www.targus.com/us/product_details.asp?sku=RG0322

I am determined to decide berfore I leave work! WOw, this is almost as difficult is picking an actual laptop!

oh wow...I did not know that had feminine looking backpacks....I saw some here: http://www.ebags.com/business_cases...10004&Ne=110000 and they are cute...but there are only a couple of them. I dont like the purse lookin' kind...plus I want to make sure it can hold my 15.4 widescreen....

Check out the Jansport Optimizer. That's extremely comfortable. We have a review of it in the news section.

Thanks..I ended up getting the Targus Matrix at Circuit City....cost is 69.99 - $10 instant savings - $20 mail in rebate = 39.99. Tested it out an dit fit like a charm! Great deal for the folks that got it for me and I think it'll do.....thanks for the tip about the JanSport though...I was actually deciding at the last minute between the Optimizer, the PC Port (also Japsport) and the Targus Matrix...
