    Can someone recommend some lock cable for my dell 6000? I wonder what kind of lock is compatible. I can't find any information about it from Dell website. Thanks.


    Dell Inspiron 6000d, Pentium M 750 (1.86 GHz/2MB Cache/533MHz FSB), 1GB (2x512MB) 400MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 80GB 5400RPM HD, 128MB ATI X300, 15.4" WSXGA+.

    you can disable some locks with a bic pen or rolled up cardboard in a coule of seconds, but supposedly, this hack has been remedied... video of hack is here:

    I don't know, I think having it stolen by a piece of toilet paper tube is pretty bad lol. I don't think that I'm going to use that kind of lock, I'll just bring my laptop everywhere with me!
