I've got a plethora of gaming mice at home...I probably won't need another one for the next 5 years :p

Though, I might be able to persuade a friend to buy one so I can check it out :D

I will stick with the MX Rev thanks lol. More buttons hehe.

Sounds like they adapted the scroll wheel for a smaller model though and the bluetooth is a plus.

Looks interesting. I don't think it's as nice looking as the V470 but it does have the hyperscroll wheel.

Id like to see a bluetooth version of one of the more practical gaming like mice.

G5, G7, or MX518.... thats a standard looking mouse may as well get a nano :(

I currently use a VX Nano for my lappy. How does this compare in size? I like the small size of the VX Nano and I travel a lot and am trying to reduce the amount of crap that I actually travel with. The VX Nano has a dongle and wouldn't mind not having to use it.

I just got a new VX (warranty yay) so I'll pass. I'm not gagging for BT on a wireless mouse. It's always annoying to lose mice when you're playing with power profiles / wireless ekeing.

It's a BIGGG + for bluetooth, since I only use BT mouses.

However I'm interested in reviews, as I wanna know if it has SmartWi like my desktop's MX rev, as opposed to logitechs vx series that require you to manually switch from hyperfast to standard scrollwheel

Not a bad review, but he called the V470 "cheesy in construction". My experience is the exact opposite. It's very solid feeling and comfortable in my hands. Just wanted to clarify that.

I'm looking forward to receiving it (was supposed to have on Friday..but shipping readjusted to 6/29) :( Oh well..what can you do? ;)

(I'm also going to be receiving this one:
Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000 w/BlueTrack Technology)
    http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Wir...6?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1246211860&sr=1-6

I couldn't decide which one I liked better..so I will do something on both, I decided. The MS 6000 is more like a VX Nano so I'm excited to also see the results with that one!

while my notebook do have a BT module and i am always tempted for one, but i just can't get myself to buy one...

as much as i love logitech mouse (vx rev. and v220, and a few before), my lachesis is good enough for most things, or else i have a screen to touch, or the decent trackpoint for everything stuff.

bluetrack however is very tempting simply b/c 1. it is new, 2. most agree it works. 3. cheap for new gadget. 4. i buy a mouse every year :p

i look forward to seeing this review on it though, the shape look slick and hyper-scroll is great.

MS portable bluetrack has yet to appear in canada though, still waiting

Where is the review or photo's Cin' :p :p

Could not wait. Upgraded from my Dell (Logitech) USB mouse...about 5 years old to a Verbatim Wireless 2.4 GHz Laser desktop mouse.

What a difference. Works like a dream. On any surface (except glass...obviously).

I will be starting the review today, and hopefully have a review up. The Camera I thought I could use...is DOA. My new one arrives today bet. 12&2 :) So I will use that one. I could use my camera phone..but the pic's taken of the Mice, would not be of standards I would want to provide... :(

    So, soon! :)

From the pics it looks like the camera might have focusing problems. What works sometimes for me is to back away some and use the zoom to get close to the subject. It also lessens the intensity of the flash.

Here's amazon's best selling point and shoot cameras. Most of the top sellers have overly positive reviews. I tend to stick to canon cameras. I have the S3 IS and the A570 IS. Both are a few generations old, but both take excellent pictures. I did have the A590 IS but sold it because the low light focusing was terrible. It also takes video at a lower framerate (20fps) than the A570 IS (30 fps).

Here's a great resource on cameras. That site is why I chose my cameras and I wasn't let down.

Do me a favour Cin. When you start testing/using the mouse try this test:

Get it all set up and working and then put the mouse pointer over a file or whatever that you want to open and leave the mouse idle for a minute say. Dont touch it.

Then after the minute is up (without moving the mouse) tap left click once and see if it highlights the file like normal.

If its sleeping, nothing will happen with the first click.

    Am I making sense here???
