I recieved a Logitech Cordless Desktop MX5000 Laser for Xmas. This has bluetooth capabilities but when I tried to install the software it stated that my Bluetooth software was out of date and wouldn't install it.

My Bluetooth also didn't acknowledge any new hardware.

This is a new business line HP laptop so I don't see how the software should be out of date.

Any idea as to what to do?

    Thanks!

Check for new drivers on the website. Then try to re-install. Even though the computer is new it might be using old drivers. Hope this helps a little! :)

My friend had this set and returned it because it was so ridiculously laggy.
