Logitech G5 gaming mouse question

Ok this is urgent so the faster i get a reply the faster i will love this forum more then life. Ok hers my problem. I ordered a logitech G5 gaming mosue from Amazon.com ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...23449-2439969?n=507846&s=electronics&v=glance ) ok. I read alot of reviews, and they all say that it has three glide pads on the bottom and a scroll wheel that tilts side to side. The pictures prove it (there are little horizontal arrows) so about 6 hours after i order this thing i look back at the pictures, and it does not have eather, now the features on amazon are not listed so i can not tell for sure, but my question is this:

Are there two versions of the Logitech g5? one with the scroll wheel and one with out? any information would be appreciated.

It does have it. There is only 1 version of it out.

I think that those pictures were the pre-release pictures....

 

thanks for the input, that's what i was assuming. I just didn't feel like opening the box, realizing that it was the wrong mouse, and then spending 3 hours on the phone with amazon trying to get them to take it back

As coriolis indicated those might just be preproduction pics or even computer generated stuff.

BTW you can get the G7 for almost the same price at buy.com now ... you might wanna consider that!!!
