Is it possible to adjust the default DPI on the Logitech G9? By default it is set to 800 but I'd like to lower it and keep it at that setting so I can assign different functions to the DPI buttons for different applications. But when I lower it using the DPI decrease button, it does not retain the DPI level after a reboot. I'm using Setpoint 5.0.

G9 has on-board memory to save macro and DPI settings. It can also save 3 profiles in memory.

I did find a stupid and frustrating bug where I couldn't change profiles with Setpoint running. Closed Setpoint and it would let me change profiles just fine.

So what I'm saying is that once you get all the mouse settings the way you like, you don't even have to run Setpoint anymore. Actually I recommend you don't run it at all.

Thanks. I was afraid of that as I do like the fact that Setpoint allows automatic and multiple custom profiles.
