    I use to own this case and i loved it however it was for a 15.4 inch laptop which was pretty tight fitting. Whats the possibility that a 16 inch would fit?

    Have you tried fitting the measurements of the 1640 against the measurements of the briefcase?????

    Well, i didnt do so because i would imagine that the inside measurement is smaller than the outside which is what the measurement is, the outside...
