I have logitech Kinetik briefcase.

What is the maximum size of notebook it is designed to fit?

Will it fit Thinkpad T/W 530? With extended battery?

The only specs I can find say it fits all 15.4" laptops and will also fit a 17" MacBook Pro - note these are late 2007 dimensions, so some of those 15.4" laptops had to be thick, and a 16:10 17" laptop should be at least as wide as a 16:9 15(.6?) incher. If it fits a 17" laptop, I would expect it to fit a thicker 15.x" workstation, but it's likely to be a fairly tight fit.

Have you tried looking up the dimensions of a W530 with the slice battery and then mocking one up with cardboard for a test run? If you can't figure out exactly what dimensions the briefcase can hold or stretch to, a mockup is your best bet.
