Looks basically like one of Microsoft's Comfort Curve keyboards made wireless with Logitech's usual over-done media keys...
I'll stick with my Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000.... it is the "proper" ergonomic design...
(Yes I am a Microsoft keyboard fan... but only keyboards! /innocent)

so what's so special about this keyboard other than that cool wave design?

Nothing... has the usual plethora of media keys Logitech slaps on, wireless, comes with a laser basic mouse... etc etc...
Oh i know! the "Cushioned contoured palm rest"!
EDIT: I had a DiNovo Edge for a while - totally loved it. Was kind of a fingerprint magnet, but the included cloth helped to clean that. Very lightweight, solid, loved the built in touchpad, the laptop style keys and the soft glowing shortcut icons... hot.... the only gripe I had was that the stand was kind of a pain - could never find a place to really charge it - should have just a USB cable to recharge or something. -

I honestly don't know what we're talking about...
