Nothing... has the usual plethora of media keys Logitech slaps on, wireless, comes with a laser basic mouse... etc etc...

Oh i know! the "Cushioned contoured palm rest"!

EDIT: I had a DiNovo Edge for a while - totally loved it. Was kind of a fingerprint magnet, but the included cloth helped to clean that. Very lightweight, solid, loved the built in touchpad, the laptop style keys and the soft glowing shortcut icons... hot.... the only gripe I had was that the stand was kind of a pain - could never find a place to really charge it - should have just a USB cable to recharge or something.

does it actually benefit you ergonomically significantly when you work or is this style we're talking about?
