Currently, Dell has a sale on both of these mice making them both less than $35.00. However, I don't know which one to get. Really, it comes down to size. I might be carrying this around campus sometimes, and the main purpose would be for CAD. So is it better to get a full sized mouse, or a more portable, but smaller model?

@OP if the Logitech M305 would be under any consideration, Best Buy has 2 colors for $11.99 which is a nice value. : ) I have the mouse and it works great.

Yes, I went with the M305 because it was smaller and hopefully more portable. So far its great.
Those are good prices! I live in Canada though, and the cheapest I could find was $35.00. Do you know if Best Buy prices are the same in the US as in Canada? I kind of doubt it. -
