I just purchased the Logitech MX Revolution, however there seems to be no MIDDLE CLICK button. Clicking in, in the scrollwheel doesn't do it and the middle button is for searching. Middle button is essential for me as my browsing habits to open tabs etc. I already tried messing around with the Logitech SetPoint app but still no use. Is there a application or anything that allows a middle click on my MX?!

EDIT: Figured out how to get the scroll wheel to be a middle button, but that doesn't feel rightat all. I would like the middle button to be for the Search button underneath the scrollwheel(fellow MX Rev users know what I am talking about). Help!

Solution: Install uber options which allows hidden settings for logitech setpoint. I for example allowed my search button on my VX Revolution to activate flip 3d.

Grab it here : Uber options v4.60.8

When you install it, no need to install the options for all the mice and keyboards and trackballs available, just select your specific mouse.

Also make sure you close logitech setpoint before installing it.

    Have fun

I've been frantically Googling my problem and I did come across this, however I've read on the main site and on other forums that with that program you STILL CAN'T make the button under the scroll wheel a MIDDLE CLICK BUTTON. Or am I wrong?

Dude, just try it man! :(

Plus, uber options is a must have for anyone with a logitech product, it enables many hidden options.

just try it and let me know

+1 for uber options. You can change the search button to any function you want... even specific to individual programs.

    Hi there,

it seems Uber Option installation program is nowhere to be found :/

Maximus, is there any chance you have a few minutes to upload it to a shareable public space ?

    That would be great :)

Go to http://uberoptions.net/ , scroll down, find "To install the uberOptions mod...," click "main" next to "current version."
