I currently own a Logitech MX3200 Keyboard and Mouse combo, Benq S42 laptop, and an MSI Wind laptop.

Up until a few days ago, keyboard and mouse were running fine. Now, when I plug them into the Benq laptop, I get a message saying that the USB device is not recognised. I can however, plug the dongle into my MSI Wind and everything works fine. I have tried reformatting and reinstalling the OS on the Benq, and installing the latest setpoint drivers from the Logitech site, but this does not work either. I tried using a powered USB hub with the Benq, and that did not work either. It's a really weird issue because it just popped up all of a sudden.

    Any ideas?

have you tried a different USB port and also doing a clean uninstall of the drivers before reinstalling?
