    on a side note- I've also been wondering why not many retailers carry the v400 notebook mouse? Is it not as good as a v500? It's a laser mouse with back and forward buttons.

    I have the older Logitech MX3100 keyboard/laser mouse combo, and this new revision looks nice....but I have to wonder what kind of battery life the keyboard gets, considering there is a built-in LCD and backlights.

    About the v400, I've been searching for it for a long time, not many retailers have it...

    Even if they do, its on special order, etc...
