Hi, I have a logitech m310 wireless mouse that comes with a nanoreceiver. A few days ago my stupid friend plugged in his unifying receiver to use with his mouse and without removing my nanoreceiver. Ever since, my m310 mouse will not connect with my nanoreceiver and I am assuming the pairing is all messed up. How do I pair it back to the nanoreceiver? I've tried the logitech connect.exe already, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, updated drivers, replaced batteries etc. Don't know what else to do...

Also, sometimes the mouse will connect with the nanoreceiver but then it will lose connectivity after a few minutes. Before the incident, i've never had a single problem.

I'm not familiar with your mouse at all, but perhaps there's some "connect" button present on the mouse and receiver? Every wireless mouse I've ever owned has this; you press them both at the same time to synchronize the mouse with the receiver.

that's basically what the connect.exe will help you do. The on/off switch acts as the "reconnect." Unfortunately I have no luck with that either..I am fairly competent with hardware but just can't seem to figure this one out.

When he plugged his mouse in, did he keep your receiver plugged in or did he un-plug your receiver? Also, at any time was you're mouse near his receiver while it was plugged in?
