    Hi all,

I'm looking around on amazon and ebay but I can't find a spec sheet that will tell me what input the speakers go into. Do I need to have a sound card to use them, or will the standard headphone outlet on my laptop do?

    Thanks!

Since it's only a 2.1 setup, the standard headphone jack on your laptop should do fine~

Thanks very much. If you were to guess off the top of your head, would the speakers give comparable sound quality to the harman kardon ones that came with my Dell Dimension purchased 5 years ago? They were the cheapest ones that came with the PC. All I want is something that doesn't sound tinny like the FX speakers. Will these do the trick?
