    The 320 looks like it has more features and costs less. Unless time is a major factor I would order it.

    Black or Red? which colour do you like better?

    V320 is the bigger number so it's newer, if that means anything.

    V320 is the glossy version of the V220. No difference AFAIK other than that.

    v320 is $10 AR at buy.com
    both are free shipping. i'm trying to pick which is better

    The V320 is newer, so it's possibly better. But on the other hand, you may have to pay for it to be shipped.
