Can't get the cursor to move. I installed the V270 on my Hp dv8000t using the software that comes with it, and tried without using it....same result. The mouse gets reconized, but when I get to last part of the install where it says to move the mouse and click on confirm connection....nothing. Cursor won't move. The cursor stays stuck up in the far right corner...just off screen. I can tell, because if I right click the mouse it will bring up the usual little grey properties box. This is really pissin me off. Figures, should have gone with a corded one. Anyone got any answers to my dilemma........ before I toss it.

    Thanks.

I'd uninstall the software from Logitech and then use your bluetooth settings or software that is on your computer to install or detect the mouse. This will usually detect and install the drivers that you will need. I had a similiar problem with my Kensington Pocket BT mouse. Its just a bug and I'm sure you'll be able to fix it. I'd work all week on it before going to a corded mouse now that I've experienced no cord or dongle.

It works fine for me. All I did is double click the bluetooth icon on the system tray. Then "new connection" and it will find someting called "Traveller Mouse" insert the CD when its looking for the drivers and then it worked fine.

Just got it today and it works great even when playing oblivion. Install the software, turn bluetooth on, turn mouse on and voila. I'm using a HP nc8430 as well

Got the V270 and it's working fine on my dv2000t. You must be doing something wrong. It does lock up, however, whenever my PC goes into standby mode. I need to use the touchpad to reconnect it....currently trying to figure that one out.

Ditto here. I've got an nc8430 and everytime when coming back from standby the mouse locks up and after fiddling around with the touchpad for a while, it returns to control. If you work it out tell me ;)
