I'd get the V400, the V200 has better battery life, but the V400 has much better tracking.

i'm having same problem here, v200 or v400 or v500?

v200 is cheaper, can turned off when you put the receiver back, and has a long lifetime (1 years as the logitech claims). what i'm worried about is the wake-up time, my current wireless mouse sometimes takes 2 seconds to wake-up

while v500 is more expensive, but i'd like to have the "touch" thing :D, but im worried about the battery life and the wake-up time too. anybody have a experience on both of this mouse?

and v400 has off feature too, but same as others im worried about the battery life and wake-up time

V200 is $40 at Compusmart in Canada right now, I just saw it in a flyer. It said $20 off.

can anyone here tell the wake-up time of the v200, v400 and v500? especially v200, they said in v500 you would notice the wake-up time.

v200 is instant. I NEVER notice the v200 asleep! Once it's recognized by your computer, even if you don't use your computer for a while, the moment I move the v200, the cursor moves.

Wouldn't know about "wake up time" if I didn't read about it on these boards.
