I've been reading reviews of both but I can't decide between those two. Both of them sound just too good! Which one should I get?![]()

I just ordered a Nano from Buy.com, which should arrive in a couple of days. I'll let you know then.
Unfortunately my Grey Microsoft Explorer Mini, started acting up. I replaced the battery and it didn't solve the problem.
Microsoft Explorer Mini = 0
Logitech Nano ? -
Well, I can only tell you from my own experiences that the VX Nano is very expensive and uncomfortable; the construction quality also leaves much to be desired.
-
I have a VX Nano and works very well. The battery life has lasted since mid January to now and still going strong. I use it pretty much every day. Maybe only 10 days I have not used it in that time. Many times playing games all day.
Because I have a smaller hand the mouse fits mine better. Just a FYI your not going to get a good "portable" mouse that is large enough for most hands. Even as small as my hand are it took me a week of using it to get used to the increased sensitivity and smallness of the mouse. I also really like the small NANO receiver. -
Logitech has seemed to drop the ball on their newer products - in terms of build quality. Also, despite the cheaper price tag on the Microsoft Explorer Mini, it has a higher DPI than the VX Nano, making it even more desirable for most consumers.

The VX Nano was ok when I tried it, but I returned it.
Pros
Tiny receiver
Battery life
Compact
Cons
Maybe too small for hand, was ok for me
Index finger back/forward buttons, middle click under scroll wheel and replaced by hyperscrolling switch
I'm switching over to the VX Revolution eventually. Better Ergonomics, better buttons, but the receiver is bigger. -
For me..between either,
NANO...FTW...
or, you could just go with the MS BT 5000
Yes, I'm pimpin it, don't I normally

the wireless mobile mouse 6000 has the nano receiver like the vx nano -
Seems like they do. But still I'll give Nano a try first, then will think about it since my dad needs a new mouse too. -
Been using the VX Nano for a very long time now. Still durable, very nice, and works great.
Those MS mouses don't have dedicated back/forward buttons? Lose. -
