Hi guys,
my 2 year old Logitech Webcam is causing BSOD whenever it gets accidentely disconnected or even while just using it sometimes.
What could be the problem? i installed latest Vista driver..
but everytime i use it ...theres a chance i ll get a BSOD and an error msg shows the 'LVcom' process ..i.e the logitech process has caused it. (ya i checked it)
Is the webcam faulty?
Webcam model name: QuickCam for Notebooks Deluxe

Try it without drivers. Logitech cams can work without them via skype etc. Many people have odd issues with recent logitech drivers.

I had a similar problem. It turned out that the connector was worn from repeated use and kept wiggling loose. I had to replace the camera.

If i use it without logitech drivers half of its features are gone.
