This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     If you're like me, though, you never look down at the keyboard anyway. I'm not sure I'd see email and IM notifications.

    They should make the keyboard vibrate when you get new email instead

    Yea - but the pricetag will be pretty damned steep, so I'm not even going to consider anything over $50 :p

    I already have the MX1000 mouse for some of the desktops, but... I am just waiting for the MX1000 mouse / keyboard for the laptop. ie. either batteries or a smaller recharger.

    the MX1000 should be bluetooth, stupid RF is a thing of the past, most laptops have bluetooth built in now so there is no need for a dongle
