I have the Logitech® G7 Laser Cordless Mouse . It is a great mouse, 2 rechargable batteries so that you can charge one while using the other. Very convenient.
The thing is, nowadays I'm treating my notebook like you would a desktop. Removed the notebook's battery and is always plugged. The G7's charger is connected to a plugged port that is always on, keeping the mouse on "charge all day long" for days on end. The mouse has a pair of Li-on rechargable batteries. Is this ok, or will it damage the batteries?
I'm assuming that like a mobile, when it becomes fully charged, it automatically stops charging.
Help please.

Shouldn't be a big deal. Lithium batteries don't get the "memory" effect that NiCAD and other rechargeables get. What I would suggest is that every few months let it discharge completely, then charge again completely. That's good for maintenance of any Li-Ion batteries.

I wouldn't worry, just switch them up, when one dies put it in the charger and use the other. I've been leaving them in my charger for a long time and I haven't noticed anything unusual with them.
