How much are you looking to spend on each item? :)

Uhh, that isn't much info to go on, but I'll try:

Bag: There are a zillion choices here. I suggest Jansport because of their exceptional quality. Other brands I know are decent are Timbuk2 and REI. Whatever you buy, make sure there are a lot of positive reviews. :p

Sleeve: Just get something with sufficient padding. You won't be putting much stress on your sleeve, so I guess cheaper is probably better. You shouldn't have to spend more than $20-$30. Again, look for the positive reviews.

Headphones: V-Moda Crossfade LP's - best headphones I have ever owned, hands down. And I have owned around 20 pairs, including Audio-Technica's ES7. The Crossfades look sexy, sound great (lean a bit heavy on the bass), offer superb cushioning for your ears, and are ridiculously durable. The headband is made of flexible metal and covered in padding, while the Kevlar-braided cable is detachable for added stress relief. They retail for $200 but you can find them on eBay for under $100 (not fakes).

The most highly-recommended headphones out there are probably the Audio-Technica ATH-M50, which I haven't used (yet) but are just about universally acclaimed. They aren't too expensive either, but beware of fakes on eBay. If you prefer studio monitors, you might consider Ultrasone or the Shure SRH-440. Oh, and AKG makes great cans, too. ;) If you must have a cheaper pair of headphones, I'd suggest the Panasonic RP-HTX7. Good sound, solid build quality, and a sweet retro look for under $40. ;)

I've been after a bigger laptop bag (for other gear, my laptop is still 15.4")

    First I found this one:
    Timbuk2 Bags - H.A.L. Backpack - Mission6 Nylon Fabric

Couple days ago I saw on Slappa's Facebook page linked their article:
Backpacks, cases and sleeves for the Alienware m17x SLAPPA

Out of those options, the Stovepipe bag seems also nice.

Slappa's MASK series is also big but it's divided in sections. More organized storage for small gear but I don't know if/how bigger items fit.

That Stovepipe bag is so new there is no good reviews out yet.

KLF, for what it's worth, I've been using the Stovepipe for the past 2 weeks (going back and forth from home to the office) with my 16" laptop. I like it for day to day use because (A) it's lightweight (B) I can easily throw lots of things into the "duffle section" but at the same time if I don't throw extra stuff in (and just have the laptop) the bag isn't big. Of course since I'm with SLAPPA you have to take these comments with a grain of salt, but they are my honest thoughts on having used the bag for a couple of weeks.

I'm waiting for Stovepipe to appear in Slappa's UK website and then be shocked to see the price conversion. :) Buying outside EU brings 50-100% more price as shipping costs, customs fees and taxes so it isn't so simple. I've been playing with a calculator a lot lately. If I were in the US, I'd already have the H.A.L. and Stovepipe would be waiting in the mail... :D

One of the most important selling points for me is that the bag I use doesn't yell "hey I have valuables like a laptop inside, steal me now". If it looks like I'm carrying books or gym clothes, who would like to steal those?

My current bag is by Samsonite and almost 10 years old now. It's a little worn but nothing is broken yet and I carry it every day. That bag leaves pretty big shoes to fill. And that little bag fits not only two but three 15" laptops if necessary.

Mine. It has a hidden bottle basket, phone shoulder strap. The two outer side pockets can hold the laptop charger. Hole at the top for your headphone. Can fit two XPS 17. Three main compartments (for laptop, books or files, for equipement like stationary or cd player). Very well padded so even XPS 17 feels light to carry.

I got it direct from Dell for about £80. Well worth it. I bought it for its branding. But the nice functionality is an extra bonus.
