I play a lot of games and watch a lot of movies off a monitor. My 27" 2560x1440 korean monitor died. I actually dont want a 1440p res monitor as the blacks were very grey which really sucks in dark movies and such and 1440 is more stressful to run even with dual gtx 680m's on an m18x I cannot max out every single graphic detail to ultra and get 40+ fps. So I want to get a 27" 1920x1080 monitor that has the inkiest of blacks with superb shadow detail. My research has brought me to a Ben Q the BenQ GW2750HM 27" LED LCD Monitor
Enjoyment for Your Everyday Home and Work Life
Built to bring you the ultimate personal visual entertainment, the BenQ GW2750HM is certainly one of a kind! Featuring the ultra-high 5000:1 native contrast, 20M:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and true 8-bit panel performance with deep blacks and minimized light leakage, this VA LED monitor refreshes your view with truly fantastic colors and details. And, its HDMI connectivity leads the path to a whole new level of multimedia enjoyment.
The monitor comparison reviews I've read all list this monitor as having the lowest measured black level. Lower then 1000+ dollar IPS dells etc. I know every 1 loves IPS the best but there is the IPS glow with blacks and ips panels just have greyer blacks thats how it is and i'm sick of looking at poor black levels.
Is there any monitor with deeper blacks and betetr shadow detail and better contrast ratio than this one?

It's a 21:9 monitor. It's much to wide for gaming I think. I can't afford it either. And it has lighter blacks than the benq. I need the darkest blacks possible, preferably as dark as OLED but I know that cant happen with LCD. Are they any other LCD monitors with a measured black level lower then the benq?

gaming on wide screens is the best experience that's why you see people using triple monitor setups -
so the benq with .04cd/m2 black level is the lowest black level you can purchase in a monitor period right now?
Looking for 27 inch monitor with the highest contrast ratio and deepest lowest blacks
