My new M680 is due to arrive this week and I want a backpack to carry it back and forth from home/work. I do not want a 'Carry my whole office' type pack, just one for the laptop and accessories and a few other items. The three I'm considering right now are the High Sierra Magnum, Kensington Saddlebag Sport, and the McKlein C Series Nylon Backpack. Anyone have experiance with any of these or any other Backpack under $100 that will hold a Gateway M680X?

    Thanks,
    QF

Thanks for the reply. I have looked a eBag and other sites as well, looking more for personal experience with one of these items. Web sites do not always have accurate information when it come to 17" laptops due to the 17" powerbook, which is much smaller than PC versions, so a backpack stated to fit 17" laptops in many cases means the powerbook not a PC.

    Thanks again,
    QF

    True..

It's really hard, especially even if you find the right dimensions, there is no 100% guarantee it will fit.

And B&M stores have horrid selections..
