-
Get a Dell AXIM X51v off ebay. Best PPC ever in my opinion.

I got a "new in box" X51V off eBay for less than $250
-
it is pretty nice except i can't make it to standby mode (even I press the power button), makes the battery life so short, I would recommend the HP 4700 series.

I set a password and checked the box Prompt if device unused for, setting the time to Zero Minutes. This locks my device immediately on power-off. -
Pocket PC is a device which runs on Windows Mobile 2003 .
So O2 is a pocket PC+ phone. -
Yes One thing watch out if you get old model pda some don,nt support wpa 2 winch sucks the x5 does.nt where the x31 and x51 do
-
Hey there, I have the Archos 605wifi and I really love it; video playback rocks
The only problem is that battery life isn't too great when watching video -
Brighthand, NBR's sister site, is a great place to go.

Not true. A PPC could run Windows Mobile 2002, WM 2003, WM2003SE, WM5, WM6, ... -
ya basically Windows OS.
PC means Windows OS.
He said iPodTouch which aint pocket PC -
you might want to check out the nokia internet tablet. it's a nice little handheld for internet use. the n810 will be out of your price range, but the n800 should fit.
-
The HP 4700 was a piece of junk, slow compared to the x51v. The 4700 had an older OS, and you had to run a hacked up version of the next version of WM just to get decent performance.
-
I would suggest a 605 over the 604 because the 605 has much greater screen resolution (800x480 v. 480x272) and the 605 offers Flash support while the 604 cannot do flash.
The Nokia N770 and N800 are both really slick Internet tablets... you can get both under $250.
Looking for a "Pocket PC"
