    This is the picture of the bottom of the laptop. It's the Asus UL30Vt.

    I strongly disagree with this suggestion.

    To OP: Your vents wont align to the CryoS meaning it wont be effective at all (as stated in the buyers guide).


    I recommend the Zalman NC1000. If you slide your notebook down on it, the cooler's cooling surface should hit every vent on the bottom of your notebook.

    I second the Zalman NC1000 and recommend the Enermax Aeolus CP001 ;)

    I know I started this thread a while ago, but I was curious about this. Is it really neccessary to have the vents aligned to the fan? because the bottom of my laptop (vent area) is always cool but the parts above it (hard drive compartment & near the technical support sticker) are usually warm.
