I have a thinkpad X60s and I am looking for case for it. I would like something that I can open, leave the computer in it and do some minor work while the computer is in the case. I want it to have tons of pockets for stuff like my GPS, Ipod, Cellphone and other peripherals. I would like to leave these things connected to the laptop while it is inside of the case. So I don't want something like a messenger bag or backback because you can't use the laptop while they are inside of the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at a Samsonite briefcase. Seriously. Alternately, Pelican makes a couple of models of laptop cases. Look at the 1490CC1 in particular.

One I have been looking at is the targus platinum notebook case, I know it is big but buying some foam I can divide the inside up the way I want.
