Looking for a backpack for MBP 15

I am looking for a backpack for my macbook pro 15 unibody. I have looked at the sticky with links to all the manufactures, but I can't seem to find one that fills all my needs. First of all, I want the laptop compartment to be very padded. I looked at the slappa SPYDER backpack and I really liked it, except for the fact that the laptop compartment was 2.2" thick and my MBP would be sliding back and forth with that much room to spare. I also looked at timbuk2, but they didn't seem to have any backpacks that had room for about 4.3" of books + other items such as calculator, charger, etc.

I am looking to spend up to around $100ish dollars. I am going to be carrying around 4.3" of books plus a notebook to write in. I also need room for calculator, charger, and a few other little items if necessary. The backpack needs to be comfortable as I will be carrying my laptop and books in it every day on campus.

man ive been to best buy, marshalls and tj maxx (yeah they have backpacks for cheap, nice brands too) with my laptop and charger going from bag to bag to see what fits...so dont be afraid to go in your local store and try them out..bring your books and laptop with you

 

I actually got in contact with the Slappa guy on the forums through email and he offered me a good deal on a sleeve to go along with the backpack to help it from flailing about in the laptop pocket. So I went ahead and got the slappa.
